Happy Birthday to me!

Hello everyone,

Well here it is, my 35th birthday today. One of my major life goals was to be on the other side of this surgery by this day and thank God that has come to pass. I have been trying to enjoy as much of the summer as I can because school starts in a week and that will pretty much fill the small amount of free time I do have.

As for a progress update, I am currently at 409 pounds. That's 110 pounds since surgery and a total of 175 pounds from my heaviest last June. It is truly amazing how different my life already is and I am only about 3 1/2 months out.

I do have some pictures of me last year at my heaviest as well as right before my initial attempt in 2005 and I am going to post them soon.
