Welcome to my Web Log (Called blogs these days)

Hello Everyone,

It has been a long road getting ready for this surgery, but the journey is just beginning. In the next 3 weeks, my life will change forever. Either Catherine or myself will update this page with my status pretty much daily from surgery day on, so feel free to stop by and read up. Also, you can post comments to any of the log entries we post here if you want to just say hello and let us know you stopped by. I am very excited to start my new life and hope that you all WISH ME LUCK!!

Jimmy,

Hi, I don't know if you'll remember me, but I worked with you in Buffalo. I wish you nothing but the best and hope that you will reach your personal goal. I had the same surgery May 22, 2002. Please reply to my email if you would care to discuss my experience. Sorry, I'm too shy to blog it.

Best advice after surgery is lots of protein, eat slowly, small bites. Protein shakes and bars are excellent. Check out obesidyhelp.com; it's a great website.

My email is daboneman@rochester.rr.com. Good luck, you are doing a good thing.

Hey Jimmy,

Sending positive vibes from Buffalo!

I knew Renita went through the same thing, so I forwarded your e-amil to her (in case you were wondering how she knew).

I'll pray for a smooth operation & quick recovery!
